By Watch what happens when Andy Cohen’s daughter gets a most unusual birthday cake.
The “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen” host presented his daughter Lucy with a diaper-themed birthday cake in honor of turning 3 in a video he posted on Instagram May 28.
“You all know Lucy only asked for one thing for her recent birthday…underwear!” he captioned the clip. “She’s growing up (the big 3) and moving on from @coterie diapers, and I couldn’t be more proud. Thank you Coterie for helping us celebrate Lucy’s diaper graduation. Here’s to her big kid underwear era!”
Cohen, who is also father to son Ben, 6, shared a card Coterie diapers sent Lucy celebrating her graduation to the potty after she had previously asked for underwear for her birthday. Cohen then showed her a present that they unwrapped. It turned out to be a small bag filled with multiple pairs of underwear.
“Do you love it?” she asked.
“I love it. Do you love it?” he responded.
“Yeah,” she said.
There was another surprise in store for Lucy, though.
“The fun’s not over,” Cohen told her. “We got something else, too.”
The camera then panned to Cohen’s hand, which was holding a birthday cake that said, “In My Underwear Era.”
“Who’s going to change diapers?” he asked.
“Me,” Lucy replied.
“No one,” he fired back. “You know why? You’re in your underwear era!”
The duo then exchanged a light high-five.
Lucy did indeed ask for underwear for her birthday, even repeating it when her dad asked what else she wanted after she initially requested the undergarment in a video he posted in April.
