Andy Cohen reveals the top five guests he was most 'scared' to have on Watch What Happens Live - lulu

Andy Cohen may have been hosting his hit talk show, Watch What Happens Live, for over 21 seasons, but it doesn't mean that the mogul doesn't get nervous sometimes.

During a recent episode of the program, Cohen revealed the top five guests that he was 'scared' to have on his show - and one of them may surprise you.

He named the five as a part of his 'Watch What Happens Five' segment, where he picks five things to honor or mention during the show.

This time, he named the top five people that he felt the most nervous about hosting throughout the years - starting off strong with number five, who was Shaquille O'Neal.

'I wasn't sure I had the b**ls to ask him how big his d**k is, nevertheless, I persisted,' Cohen joked.

However, the Daddy Diaries author revealed later that Shaq never came back to the clubhouse, and jokingly wondered if it was 'something he said.'

Next on his list at number four was the late 'Mama Elsa' Patton, who is the mom of Real Housewives of Miami star Marysol Patton.

In the early seasons of the show, Patton and her mom became fan-favorites, but she unfortunately passed in May 2019.

'She had to be driven up to New York for the show and we all wanted to make sure she was safe,' Cohen revealed about the experience.

'We miss you, Mama Elsa,' he added.

The third person that the Bravo executive had some jitters interviewing was the famous Mariah Carey, who he welcomed on his show in 2018.

He explained that he had to swap chairs with Carey, because she wanted her 'good side' to show - and it ended up working out great.

And in the top two?

Cohen said that Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Mary M. Cosby came in at number two
'If an icon like Oprah doesn't make you nervous, you might be a zombie,' he cracked

Finally, Cohen revealed the top two people that he was most 'scared' to have on WWHL: Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Mary M. Cosby and Oprah Winfrey

Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Mary M. Cosby and Oprah Winfrey.

'She's as unpredictable as her on-again, off-again love of Filet o' Fish sandwiches, we love her for it,' Cohen said about Cosby.

When Cosby appeared on the show a few years ago with comedian Ziwe, she was given a McDonald's Filet-O-Fish sandwich as a gift since she declared her love of the fast food on RHOSLC - only to admit she was disgusted by it and the order was a 'one-time thing.'

Finally, Cohen revealed why Oprah was the number one guest he was the most nervous for.

'If an icon like Oprah doesn't make you nervous, you might be a zombie,' he cracked.

And, it looks like Cohen's days as the Watch What Happens Live creator and host will go on for at least a few more years.

During a 2022 interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the SiriusXM Radio Andy creator explained that he wants to do the show 'as long as they'll let' him.

'I will do it as long as they'll let me. I love it,' he told the outlet at the time. 'I hit a wall in year five, when I was kind of checking boxes for a minute.'

'But I'm just feeling so much energy and excitement for it right now,' he continued. 'It feels fresh now that we're back live with studio audiences and doing live polling.'

'We started a shotski siren the other night. It took us 13 years to figure out we should have a siren for when it's time for a shotski.'
