Andy Cohen Offers a Fresh Peek into His Inviting TV Room Setup - lulu

Andy Cohen ended the weekend on a perfect note.

On Sunday, November 10, the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host took fans inside his relaxing night in with his two favorite people: 5-year-old son, Benjamin Allen Cohen, and 2-year-old daughter, Lucy Eve Cohen.

Andy posted a couple of Instagram Stories of him and his kids lounging in the TV room while watching the classic Peanuts series.

The posts showed Lucy sitting on the edge of a round gray ottoman with her eyes glued to the TV. The flat screen was mounted on a beautiful warm-toned accent wall, which went perfectly with the vintage-inspired blue-and-yellow gingham sectional sofa. Fans also got a peek at the home’s variation hardwood floor, as well as a few accent pieces, including light gray and shaggy brown throw pillows.

While the kids were fully locked into the episode, Andy noticed an unusual detail that left him confused.

“Schroeder has a Canadian accent in this. I can’t figure out why,” Andy asked in an Inst Peanuts episode. “Is he from Canada?”

“Mhhmm. Where do we live?” Ben asked his dad, who simply answered, “New York City.” “He lives there, too.”

“Oh, he does?” Andy replied. “Is that where Peanuts kids live? New York City? Wow.”

Andy enlists MDLNY's Ryan Serhant to sell his home

Andy shared the Stories more than two months after putting his West Village apartment on the market. The St. Louis native confirmed the move back in July, revealing he had hired a Million Dollar Listing New York alum to sell his longtime hom

“Guess who’s selling my New York City apartment — my dream apartment?” Andy asked during a July 18 episode of WWHL. “Ryan Serhant is selling my apartment… Ryan’s going to be listing it this fall, I think?”

Andy grilled Ryan — a guest on the episode — about his desired asking price, which turned out to be $14 million.

“You still feel good about this price?” Andy asked.

“Yes!” Ryan said.

Ryan says Andy's West Village apartment is a unique "treasure"

The MDLNY alum gushed over Andy’s 3,500-square-foot pad in a September interview with The New York Times, claiming he knew how special the home was as soon as he laid eyes on it.

“The first time I ever walked into Andy’s apartment, I said, ‘Whenever you are willing to part with this, even if I have to pull it from your grip, please let me know. Because it’s a one of one,’” Ryan recalled. “It’s one of those treasures that you wait your whole career for to find something like this that you get to bring to market and sell.”
