Real Housewives of Orange County is back in the swing of things with Season 19, and we couldn’t be more entertained. Shannon Beador has also returned to make sure her good name stays clear.

Shannon appeared on Watch What Happens Live this week to provide an update on her life and the dynamics of her friendships on the show. Obviously, Andy Cohen had to bring up the moment from this season when Shannon discovered Katie Ginella filmed Shannon having a meltdown without her knowledge and showed the footage to Alexis. Somehow, the conversation turned into Shannon reflecting on Season 18 as a whole, and her memory is a little different than some of us.

Has Shannon Beador cooled down her behavior on Real Housewives of Orange County?

Andy revealed that Shannon’s No. 1 question from viewers on WWHL was regarding the meltdown. “Why does it matter that Katie showed Alexis one of your meltdowns when you have meltdowns every season on national television?” Andy asked. Shannon responded that she barely even had an emotional outburst last season. “There were no meltdowns,” Shannon said. “I think I’m a lot less reactive.” Let’s not forget this was the season after Shannon’s DUI and the first she had to film with Alexis Bellino, her ex’s new fiancée. Some felt her meltdowns were warranted, but Shannon is deciding to forget that they even happened at all.

After Shannon’s explanation, Andy was all of us in his response. “Shannon…” he replied questioningly. “Last season on the show?” He sipped his drink while Shannon continued to speak her peace. “I didn’t have a meltdown that day,” Shannon said. “It is, in the state of California, against the law to tape record someone in any capacity without their consent, so it doesn’t matter what I did.” Andy just let Shannon continue to believe her truth, but we’ll always be able to rewatch Season 18 and remember exactly what happened.

Real Housewives of Orange County continues Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo. It streams on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
