The Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen addressed the topic during a recent episode of Andy Cohen Live with his co-host/ex-boyfriend John Hill. At one point during the broadcast, a fan pressed Andy about a recent blind item shared by gossip outlet Deuxmoi.

“Did you see the rumors going on about you?” the caller asked. “Word on the street is that you are a good kisser.”
“You know what? Someone did send me that, and they’re right,” Andy said, before John corroborated the claim. “See that? Wow. Certified by John Hill. And let me tell you this, he would say if I wasn’t. I’m glad that Deuxmoi posted that, and my DM should be lighting up, but they’re not.”
The caller then asked Andy if he was the person who submitted the blind item.
“No, I didn’t plant it,” he insisted. “God knows. Listen, I’ve kissed enough people and I’ve never gotten a bad review, so...”
Andy Cohen sheds light on his past relationship with John Hill
Andy and John were introduced at a mutual friend’s birthday party and dated for several years in the early aughts. The pair spoke about their romance during John’s 2020 live show in New York City, where they were asked about their decision to call it quits.
“It was just time,” John said.
“We were in different places in our lives,” Andy added.
John Hill says his split with Andy Cohen was "heartbreaking"
John shed more light on the breakup during an appearance on the Hot Takes & Deep Dives, saying the reason was very simple.
“It was heartbreaking and super sad,” he said. “But like any breakup that’s sad, it was time to break up. I was changing careers, I was nearing 30… He was going to change careers, too. I knew he was going to a bigger network, and he was adjusting to that."
He continued: “We’ve always had an intimate connection. We’ve always had an emotional vulnerability — an honest, open relationship. We were great together. We always made each other laugh. That’s the reason. We grew apart in terms of boyfriendness. We had the friendship, we had the love, but the boyfriend part was kind of fading.”
John said it “took some time” before he and Andy became close again; however, John insisted he and Andy had no interest in rekindling their romance.
