Amanda Batula needs a break from Loverboy.
The “Summer House” star, 32, tells her husband, Kyle Cooke, that she wants to distance herself from their beverage brand in Page Six’s exclusive preview of Thursday’s episode.
“It’s our dream to be successful, but Loverboy is your thing, it’s your baby,” Batula says during a sunset boat ride, explaining that she wants to discover a career identity of her own.
The graphic designer clarifies that she doesn’t want to “walk away” from Loverboy for good, but hopes to soon work on projects that are personally fulfilling.

“I still want to be involved but maybe there’s something that I did for me that I got to do the branding that embodied me,” she says.
Batula — who has expressed interest in launching her own clothing line or swimsuit company — laments that living in Cooke’s “shadow” has felt debilitating at times.
“I was never my own person,” says the Bravolebrity, who wed Cooke, 41, in September 2021.
“I was always Kyle’s girlfriend, Amanda, and then I was Kyle’s fiancée and then I became Kyle’s wife.”

Cooke appears perturbed by his spouse’s concerns, telling her that he still needs her “help” at Loverboy HQ.
Batula assures him that she’s “not leaving the team” but wants to “be a little bit selfish” as she pursues future money-making endeavors.
“Think about all the sacrifices that I made for you. I stopped my stuff and I quit my job and I left the things that I was doing,” she says of leaving a corporate job in the skincare space to assist Cooke in establishing Loverboy’s success.
“I had my own career,” Batula elaborates. “I was like, ‘I’m going to leave my job and support the man that I love and help him achieve his dream and his goals and we’re going to do it together.’”

A dejected Cooke reiterates that Batula is still necessary to Loverboy’s ongoing operations. “Well, guess what, I haven’t achieved them,” he says at the end of the sneak peek. “So I need a little more help.”
Last month, Batula told Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast that she’d been making concerted efforts to go about business sans Cooke.
“I have been in Kyle’s shadow sort of by choice. I’ve kind of hid behind him and let him take the lead. But I think it’s time to branch out from that,” she said during a solo press day.
“I don’t want to just be seen as, like, Kyle’s girlfriend or Kyle’s wife. So I’m here by myself. I left him at home with the dogs.”
