When Alexis Bellino returned to The Real Housewives of Orange County, she was in the middle of all the drama. I mean, Shannon Beador slammed Alexis for dating Shannon’s ex-boyfriend, John Janssen. You know, I think John has a type, and it’s women being followed by a camera crew.
Alexis Bellino is happy to put John Janssen’s lawsuit with Shannon Beador “in the past”
John sued Shannon for $75,000, claiming that he loaned it to her for a facelift and other bills. Of course, Shannon insisted it was a gift. Well, our long national nightmare is over, and Shannon settled the lawsuit. Finally, it’s over!
“Alexis is relieved to put this entire ordeal behind them,” an insider told Page Six. “She never wanted this situation with Shannon and John to come between them and she’s glad they can just close this chapter and put it in the past.”
Plus, in August 2024, John popped the question. Naturally, Alexis is eager to move on with the wedding planning. “Alexis is focused on her engagement with John and moving forward with their lives,” our insider reveals. “She is happier than she’s ever been and is grateful they can all move on.”
Not so fast! While Shannon has every intention of returning to RHOC next season, she will not film with Alexis. “I’ve never said I’m not coming back,” Shannon previously said. “But if Alexis Bellino comes back, sorry, not gonna be around [her].” Please tell me we don’t have a Real Housewives of New Jersey issue here. You can’t have two cast members, like Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga refusing to address each other. It’s awkward!
While it looks like Alexis played the villain this season on RHOC, I hope that she returns for Season 19 of RHOC. She is due for a fun season.
The Real Housewives of Orange County is streaming on Peacock.
