RHOC ‘Alum Takes Big Step Before Wedding![]()
Alexis Bellino, known for her role on “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” is entering a new chapter both personally and financially. As she gears up to marry fiancé John Janssen, Bellino has listed her home in San Juan Capistrano for $2.95 million—about $1.65 million more than she originally paid for the property in 2018, per The Daily Dish.
According to Reality Blurb, the listing reflects Bellino’s ongoing transition as she prepares to wed Janssen, whom she got engaged to in August 2024 after nine months of dating. The timing aligns with her recent public statements about “more changes” coming to her life.
The Sprawling Estate
According to the property listing, the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom residence sits inside the exclusive Marbella Country Club, a guard-gated community known for its luxurious amenities. Spanning 3,952 square feet, the home boasts high-end features such as cathedral ceilings, a wine cellar, and a three-car garage. The in-law floor plan and open kitchen-living area add to the home’s flexible layout.
Outside, the estate features a heated in-ground pool and spa, an outdoor bar with a built-in barbecue and refrigerator, and a cozy seating area with a fireplace.
Balancing Family Life and a New Future
Bellino, a mother of three, purchased the home during her divorce from ex-husband Jim Bellino.
Although the Bravo star has not disclosed where she and Janssen plan to live after the sale, she previously hinted at their current arrangement in a 2024 interview with The Daily Dish. “I mean, we pretty much live together right now, anyway. We bounce back between both homes,” she said. “We decided we’re going to keep both homes. I have twins (Mackenna Bellino and Miles Bellino) in high school still. We don’t want to uproot anybody from their normal, so we’re gonna keep both homes for a while.”
Bellino has also shared that she and Janssen plan to reassess their real estate situation once her twins graduate in 2026. “We’ll decide then,” she added. “Of course, we’re gonna buy a home together when we decide to not have both homes, but, until then, we’re just back and forth.”
The upcoming wedding is expected to take place later this summer, and Bellino has revealed that it will be “very unconventional.”
In an April interview with People, she teased ceremony and dress details, saying, “The gown is actually complementing exactly what we want the wedding to be. It is unconventional, head to toe.” She added, “I am this bride that did not want conventional and did not want an ordinary dress.”
