Alexis Bellino "dumped" a villa worth nearly 3 million dollars before the wedding day: Revealing the huge fortune and untold hidden corners!

Alexis Bellino is unloading a home she purchased amid her marriage to ex-husband Jim Bellino.

As she prepares to settle into married life with her fiancé, John Janssen, 62, the 48-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County alum put the four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom property, which she and Jim, 62, purchased in 2018 for $1.3 million, on the market in April for $2,950,000.

According to the listing, Alexis’ 3,952-square-foot home is located in Marbella Country Club, a prestigious gated community in San Juan Capistrano, California, and was built in 1990.

The home boasts a 3-car attached garage.

Once inside, a large, two-story foyer opens up to a massive living area with a couple of chandeliers hanging from the high ceiling and large, arched windows.

A stunning staircase features an iron railing.

The home, which was remodeled and updated several years ago, features plenty of natural light from its oversized windows.

Adding even more light are recessed features.

Alexis’ kitchen boasts an open concept and a huge island with a marble countertop, as well as doors that open to the backyard.

The kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances and a farm sink.

Upstairs is a large master suite, which features its own office area and fireplace.

Also in the master suite is an oversized walk-in closet with built-ins and a center island.
