The “fake rented apartment” days are now over. Todd Nepola, ex-husband of Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Nepola, has bought himself a new pad. At the low cost of $4.2 million, no less. Interestingly, during Season 6, Todd made it known to Alexia he was not a fan of buying property, only renting. However, the tides have turned, and Todd has splurged on a new place. And it’s quite luxurious.
Todd Nepola’s new home sprawls over 3,000 feet
While Todd has yet to make an appearance on RHOM Season 7, he’s been talked about every episode so far. And recently on the show, Alexia accused Todd of not owning any property or cars. During Episode 2, she met up with her friends and lamented about her ex.
Alexia said she told Todd, “All of this is temporary. I live in your fake rented apartment. I drive your fake rented car.” Well, that is no longer the case.
The U.S. Sun reported all the details on Todd’s new place. His apartment is a very spacious 3,000 square feet. It also includes three bedrooms and four and a half baths.
Of course, one also needs a stunning view living in the city. And this one does not disappoint with floor-to-ceiling windows that are over twenty feet high.
Todd’s apartment also includes a generously sized balcony, and his kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances. But the coolest feature involves where he parks his cars.
This building comes with a “state-of-the-art car lift” that brings vehicles right to the apartment. Now all I can think about is the infamous fight scene on the indoor car lift in Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol.
We may yet get a glimpse of this apartment in the future, as Alexia and Todd are still in an on-again-off-again relationship. While the divorce is finalized, Alexia just can’t let go. As she told her friends in Episode 2, “I’m still in love with this man.”
