Cousins signed with the Falcons as a free agent this offseason.
Kirk Cousins' departure from Minnesota is final, with the former Vikings quarterback selling his Twin Cities home.

The property on Andrea Trail in Inver Grove Heights is listed as having sold on May 14 for a price of $1.25 million.

How do we know it's Cousins' home? The owner listed on 2023 Dakota County property taxes is "JHC Living Trust" registered in Holland, Michigan, which is where Cousins attended high school, and was also the company listed when Cousins built a property in his home state in 2017.

Judging by the sale price, the Cousins made a decent profit on the home, which they bought for $738,000 after the quarterback was signed by the Vikings as a free agent in 2018.

The four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home comes with 5,392 finished square feet – of which 1,108 is garage space, according to Dakota County, and is set upon a 2.63-acre lot.

It was also a convenient 12-minute drive from the Vikings' training facility, the TCO Performance Center, in Eagan.

Cousins signed a four-year, $180 million deal with the Atlanta Falcons in March, leaving Minnesota after six years, with his wife Julie posting as they left that they will "have the most beautiful memories we will cherish forever."
