Aesha Scott and her fiancé, Scott "Scotty" Dobson finally have a wedding date. But, the wedding is not as soon as the Below Deck Mediterranean yachtie once had in mind for a number of reasons.
Aesha told The Daily Dish in June that she and Scotty would be getting married in 2025 (more on that down below). But when Aesha appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Monday, Jan. 27, she revealed that they pushed their wedding date back because she couldn't handle planning a wedding in such a short period of time.
"I had a very busy year last year," she explained. "We pushed it, and we've got a lot of American guests, so I want to give people time to save."
When is Aesha Scott getting married to boyfriend, Scott Dobson?
During WWHL, Aesha revealed that they will be getting married on March 7, 2026. So, she has about 13 months to plan the whole entire thing, which is plenty of time for the Drop founder to plan her big day to marry the love of her life. "I'm so excited!" she exclaimed, as her future sister-in-law sat in the audience.
Aesha Scott opens up about wanting "a long engagement" to Scott
In her conversation with The Daily Dish in June 2024, Aesha revealed that she loves being a fiancé to her longtime love, who she first met in high school. "We are loving basking in this moment and enjoying this phase of our relationship," she said. "We want to have a long engagement."

Aesha even had a lot of the details about the wedding ironed out when she spoke to The Daily Dish last summer. "We want to do it in the New Zealand summer, which is obviously over the Christmas time," she explained. "We don't want to do it this summer. We want to do it next summer."
She continued, noting that the wedding's location is near and dear to their hearts. "We will probably have a big wedding outside," she added. "I would love to do it by the ocean, looking out to the water. Definitely in New Zealand. That's where both of our hearts are. We want to make it convenient for as many attendees as possible, so we would love to do it close to our hometowns."
Aesha also confirmed that she will be very "well dressed" on her big day, and even has a wedding dress designer in mind. "I'm tossing up between a couple of New Zealand designers because I want to keep it local; I want to support New Zealand," she noted.
